ATTORNEY AT LAW
Prior to starting a solo practice in 2011, 14 years were spent with the Hand Arendall, LLC law firm in Birmingham. Before that time, I practiced with Johnston, Hinesley, Flowers, & Clenney, P.C. in Dothan, Alabama.
In addition to representing private sector clients, I serve as the City Attorney for Gardendale, Alabama – a position I’ve held since 2004. I also currently fill the role of General Counsel to the Jefferson County Mayors Association – an organization that I’ve been involved with since its inception more than 10 years ago.
Linda and I have been married for 21 years and have two children: Ken, Jr. and Laura Lee. I serve on the Mountain Brook Planning Commission and am involved in many civic, community and charitable endeavors.
